Detox Diet

Detox DietA toxin is a chemical that has harmful effects on our body. Food, water, environmental causes can overload of toxins which are processed by the kidney and liver, and eliminated through sweat, urine and feces.

Some believe that our body can not completely eliminate the toxins, but these remain in the digestive tract, gastrointestinal and lymphatic system and can cause all sorts of problems, fatigue, headaches, etc..

A detox diet allows us to favor the elimination of these toxins and promote cell renewal. They prevent and cure diseases, help to concentrate, make us feel healthier … Proponents of such diets is related to the elimination of toxins, something that has not been proven scientifically.

Pandemic Influenza – Including Seasonal

Researchers at Ohio State University have followed the evolutionary history of H1N1 influenza virus that first infected seasonal humans during the 1918 pandemic. This is one of 3 seasonal influenza A virus that commonly affect humans. The others are the H1N2 and H3N2.
Within two strains of H1N1 circulating in humans: how seasonal and pandemic form of influenza known as swine flu that has sickened millions and killed thousands of people since it first appeared in North America last spring.
Over time the H1N1 strain of seasonal influenza that survives worldwide have suffered mutations that have become resistant to antiviral agents based on oseltamivir. Tamiflu is the brand name for oseltamivir phosphate.
