Doubts About The Benefits of Organic Food
An analysis published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine by researchers at Stanford University in the U.S., reveals that organic products are more nutritious and offer more benefits and fewer health risks than other foods.
Scientists conducted a review of more than 200 published studies comparing the benefits of eating organic food and organic alternatives.
The results showed no difference in the nutritional content of both. But it was found that organic are 30% less likely to contain pesticides.
